The festive teas are available until 18 December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Helen Payne, 57, and Pierre Codron, 48, are the co-directors of the organisation which owns the caf\u00e9, called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardiffandvalewellbeing.wales\/\">Cardiff and the Vale Wellbeing<\/a>. They even curated the menu, which includes sandwiches with festive fillings such as brie and cranberry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seasonal spread is completely vegetarian and has classic elements like scones as well as Christmas treats like mince pies, \u2018snowy brownies,\u2019 and gingerbread biscuits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is just one of the events the caf\u00e9 is holding this winter to support people\u2019s mental wellbeing. On 21 December the team will celebrate the <a href=\"https:\/\/cardiffjournalism.co.uk\/altcardiff\/2020\/12\/14\/a-unique-opportunity-to-celebrate-winter-solstice-locally-this-year\/\">Winter Solstice<\/a>, an event which had a medieval food theme last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The afternoon tea is priced at \u00a310 to be as affordable as possible for anybody in need of some festive cheer and wellbeing support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Helen described it as, \u201cSimply an afternoon tea and a natter, a chance to get together.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
