With a range of travel advice being issued, here\u2019s everything you need to know about getting into the city and getting home.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-23474\" src=\"http:\/\/jomec.co.uk\/cjsnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/file-7-700x394.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-23474\" src=\"http:\/\/jomec.co.uk\/cjsnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/file-7-700x394.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/noscript><br \/>\n<strong>TRAINS:<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.journeycheck.com\/tfwrail\/\">Transport for Wales<\/a> have warned that all trains around Cardiff will be very busy all day. Fans should travel into the city as early as possible and pre-book tickets.<br \/>\nThere will be a queuing-system in place at Cardiff Central after the match. Fans could be waiting for up to 90 minutes.<br \/>\nCardiff Queen Street Station will close at 4:15pm.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.networkrail.co.uk\/latest-news\/\">Network Rail<\/a> say passengers can contact Travel Line Cymru on <em>0800 464 0000<\/em> for further travel advice.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>BUSES:<\/strong><br \/>\nBus routes that go through the city centre will be diverted between 11am and 6:45pm. Travellers can expect disruptions and changes to all city centre bus stops.<br \/>\nCardiff Bus say the <strong>X59 Park and Ride East<\/strong> service to and from the city centre will stop at Dumphries Place. It will run all day.<br \/>\nCardiff Council say passengers should check bus routes on the websites of bus operators:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardiffbus.com\/\">Cardiff Bus<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.stagecoachbus.com\/service-updates\">Stagecoach\u00a0<\/a><br \/>\n<figure id=\"attachment_10768\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10768\" style=\"width: 480px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-10768\" src=\"http:\/\/jomec.co.uk\/cjsnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/21326695935_ece9a6d250_b-480x330.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"330\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-10768\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-10768\" src=\"http:\/\/jomec.co.uk\/cjsnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/21326695935_ece9a6d250_b-480x330.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"330\" \/><\/noscript> <em>The X59 Park and Ride will be running all day.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>ROAD CLOSURES:<\/strong><br \/>\nFor vehicles there will be a <strong>full city-centre road closure<\/strong> between 11:15am and 5:45pm on the following streets:<br \/>\n<em>Duke Street, Castle Street, High Street, St Mary\u2019s Street, Caroline Street, Wood Street, Central Square, Westgate Street, Quay Street, Guildhall Place, Golate, Park Street, Havelock Street, Scott Road.<\/em><br \/>\nThere will be partial closures on these roads:<br \/>\n<em>Kingsway, Saunders Road, Cowbridge Road East, Plantagenet Street, Penarth Road, Beauchamp Street and Tudor Street.<\/em><br \/>\nOther streets around the city centre may be closed or controlled throughout the day and Cardiff Council say road closures may be extended if there are <a href=\"http:\/\/jomec.co.uk\/cjsnews\/south-wales-police-chief-we-need-more-support\/\">safety concerns<\/a>.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-6835\" src=\"http:\/\/jomec.co.uk\/cjsnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/st-mary-street-480x330.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"330\" \/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-6835\" src=\"http:\/\/jomec.co.uk\/cjsnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/st-mary-street-480x330.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"330\" \/><\/noscript><br \/>\n<em>St Mary&#8217;s Street on game-day.<\/em><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>AIRPORTS:<\/strong><br \/>\nOver the next few days an extra 50 flights will operate between Ireland and Cardiff Airport, bringing 3500 Irish fans into the capital.<br \/>\nShuttle buses from the airport to the city centre will be running, but taxi services will likely be disrupted on game-day.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>CAR PARKING:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Civic Centre Event Day Parking:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a312 if you pre-book, \u00a315 on the day<\/li>\n<li>Opens at 8am<\/li>\n<li>Get there by exiting Junction 32 on the M4 and head south on the A470 towards the city centre. From there follow signs to the Civic Centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sophia Gardens:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a315 on the day (cash only)<\/li>\n<li>Opens 8am<\/li>\n<li>Exit Junction 32 off the M4 and follow signage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NCP Parking:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dumphries Place (17 minute walk to stadium)<\/li>\n<li>Cardiff Knox Road (19 minute walk to stadium)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Closures:<\/strong> The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncp.co.uk\/parking-solutions\/cities\/cardiff\/\">NCP website<\/a> says Cardiff Rapports, Cardiff Pellet Street and Cardiff Greyfriars carparks will be closed on game-day.\u00a0<em>(Source: NCP website)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Disabled parking:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cardiff Council advise disabled drivers to use Sophia Gardens carpark<\/li>\n<li>They also say to check individual carpark websites for further advice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>GETTING INTO THE STADIUM:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Principality Stadium has warned fans to arrive at the stadium at least 90 minutes before kick-off to avoid missing the beginning of the match. Enhanced security measures will be in place, so fans should expect queues. Click here for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.principalitystadium.wales\/security\/\">security advice.<\/a><br \/>\nGates will be open from 11:45am and fans can watch Italy take on France on the stadium\u2019s big screens. The demolition of St David\u2019s House on the corner of Wood Street and Scott Road will be halted for the day, so fans will be able to access Gate 5 as usual.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-23477\" src=\"http:\/\/jomec.co.uk\/cjsnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/file-9-525x394.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"394\" \/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-23477\" src=\"http:\/\/jomec.co.uk\/cjsnews\/wp-content\/uploads\/file-9-525x394.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"394\" \/><\/noscript><br \/>\n<em>Demolition works on the corner of Scott Road and Wood Street have been halted.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>WEATHER:<\/strong><br \/>\nThere are two weather warnings in place, for heavy rain and strong winds between 4am and 9pm on game-day. The Met Office has warned the weather could cause disruption and delays to public transport.<br \/>\nFans should bring appropriate clothing, but those entering the stadium should know that there is a strict rule of no golfing umbrellas inside the stadium. Rain ponchos will be useful for those inside the stadium as the roof will, controversially, be open.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>M4 MOTORWAY:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe M4 corridor and trunk roads are expected to be very busy. Fans are expected to travel early.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>TAXIS:<\/strong><br \/>\nTaxis will be in extremely high demand.
