People who drive too fast are anti-social. They&#8217;re dangerous. They need social sanctions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;If you see your neighbour going too fast, have a word with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;You see somebody in your family going too fast and you&#8217;re in the car with them, have a word with them! If they know what they&#8217;re doing is wrong, they might change the habit.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Welsh Government has began implementing the new 20mph speed limit but it will take time to complete.
