This new experience will allow students and users alike to perceive the reality of living in someone else’s shoes, as well as to show how someone’s life is completely different to the users.
This immersive, educational experience will allow the user to understand how people with a selective range of health conditions live their everyday life, to broaden your perspective. This experience will be available for free to any and all educational institutes and will be available to regular users for a fee that has 95% of profits going to charities. The experience will be available on the Oculus store for users wanting a full immersive experience, as well as on our website for users using mobile devices such as Google Cardboard.
The experience will cater towards regular users who are trying to understand specific health conditions, as well as for people conducting research to do with these health conditions. It is also catered towards the classroom so that teachers may show students examples of these conditions in an enjoyable and immersive experience. The experience itself has not been created for joy or for entertainment. Whilst we do aim to entertain the user, the experience has been created to immerse the user rather than entertain them.
