After a very stressful day, what better way to have a nice coffee in a new location. Head up to Cardiff Bay and walk towards the pier to buy an affordable drink at Coffi-Co.
Within a week of taking over the shop, the owner has been able to create a great atmosphere with paintings surrounding customers. Friendly waiters would be pleased to serve you a wide range of drinks from a hot cappuccino to a great fruit smoothie. Why not drinking your coffee while watching the sunset from the pier? It offers a peaceful view. Sit down and relax!
According to Tom, a recent graduate from Cardiff University who is currently working at Coffi co, “A lot of places have really bad coffee, if I’m being honest. Starbucks and Costa are not that great and specialty coffee is too expensive. This place is in the middle of being nice coffee and quite affordable.”
Coffi-co took over the former Bosphorus Pontoon in Mermaid Quay. This is what you can see while you’re walking towards the pier.
The fourth coffi-co is located in an unique place. This pier is the only way to get into the coffee shop.

Tom, a Cardiff University graduate, stated that Coffi-co is making better coffee than Starbuck or Costa. It has been three years since he started working for Coffi-co and still convinced.
