With no legislation in place, agencies are free to set their own prices, with no accountability to the service being provided.<br \/>\nOne student told InterCardiff, \u201cIf they [Assembly Members] can\u2019t tell if they\u2019re allowed to vote on these fees, it makes me wonder what else they aren\u2019t sure about. That students in England won\u2019t have to pay these fees and I will is really annoying and it shouldn\u2019t be happening.
