The &#8220;dinner in the sky&#8221; was supposed to be held outside Cardiff&#8217;s city hall, where diners would enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of the city as well as meals cooked by some of the city&#8217;s top chefs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">But now there is no reason to fret as Cardiff has an opportunity to explore new restaurants. Here are five of the most famous restaurants in Wales where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and delicious food at an affordable price.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>1. Grape &amp; Olive Meridian Tower, Swansea<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Meridian Tower is a residential tower in Swansea, Wales. It is the tallest building in Wales. Grape &amp; Olive is on the highest floor of this tower.
