Leader of the local neighbourhood watch, David Cargill said driving\u00a0through Windsor Crescent has at times been \u201calmost impossible\u201d.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">At the other end of Windsor Crescent shoppers have also been taking advantage of the new parking spaces. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Marie, who works at McColls near Windsor Crescent, said: \u201cThey have removed half the spaces at the train station because of ongoing work. It would not surprise me if this was also part of the cause.\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Radyr train station is going through major refurbishment.
