There are always significant issues that we need to talk about as a council.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cFinishing at 9pm is unrealistic and that will reduce debate. Reducing oral questions from 30 to 20 questions will reduce debate even further.\u201d \u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Members of the public also expressed concerns about the proposed changes.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nicola Day, 53, a street trader on Queen Street, said: \u201cYou need more time, not less time to decide these things. Otherwise the opposition won\u2019t get a chance to get their case across.\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cliff Jones, 80, from Penarth said: \u201cI think they should leave it as it is. There are important things to discuss and they don\u2019t have the time now as it is.
