Photo: Keep Splott Tidy<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\nFor local litter-picking group <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Keepsplotttidy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Keep Splott Tidy<\/a>, any move to cut plastic waste is welcome.<br \/>\nThe team cleared 26 bags of rubbish from Splott Park last Sunday.<br \/>\n\u201cThe plastic drink bottle is truly the scourge of Splott,\u201d said chair Lynne Thomas, who <a href=\"http:\/\/inksplott.co.uk\/plastic-pollution-not-our-problem-think-again-this-is-just-around-the-corner-from-splott\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">wrote about plastic pollution in Cardiff<\/a> on news outlet Inksplott last week.<br \/>\n\u201cThe amount of plastic bottles littering our streets and parks is shocking, so to hear that Luvly Grub is offering to fill people&#8217;s water bottles is simply fantastic,\u201d she said.<br \/>\n\u201cPlastic pollution is a real problem that, thankfully, people are now waking up to.
