Volvo Ocean Race)<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On May 27 2018, a race village will open to welcome the sailors to Cardiff. The two-week festival site will host a variety of entertainment and Volvo Ocean Race-themed attractions.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Along the waterfront in the Bay, there will be a cinema, live music and trade stalls bringing a Welsh flavour to the international event. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NoFit State Circus will also be performing at the village, inside a giant silver spaceship.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Leading boats are expected on May 28, fresh from a gruelling trip across the Atlantic from Newport, Rhode Island.
