designed by Councillor and Architect Mike Jones-Pritchard<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\nAccording to Councillor\u00a0Mike Jones-Pritchard, who is also the architect for the project, the monument is designed to depict language in all forms, particularly those associated with Cardiff and its ethnic communities.\u00a0<span to have been the architect involved with the development of this project over more than eight years, supporting the hard work of all those involved, and very satisfying, at last, to be able to
