as you can see the Dirty Vegan Cookbook and TV shows.\u201d<br \/>\nThe Pritchard\u2019s Dirty Vegan Burger has been popular and almost all of the profit from the sales of the burger go towards Pritchard\u2019s SWYD charity.<br \/>\n<em>The Grazing Shed<\/em> now makes its own vegan mayo, cheese and 99% of its sauces are vegan.<br \/>\nTom O\u2019Sullivan, 31, is a waiter at the vegan restaurant <em>Anna Loka<\/em> in Cardiff and has also seen an increase in customers.<br \/>\nHe said: \u201cIt\u2019s been one of the best months. Usually it\u2019s quiet this time of year but it\u2019s been mad.<br \/>\n\u201cPeople are often very reluctant at first but at the end they feel converted. They\u2019ll have been dragged in with a face on but at the end they look really happy.\u201d<br \/>\nCharlotte Harding, 32, from Llandaff North, writes the Welsh Mummy Blog. She decided to give Veganuary a go after having been pescatarian for a few years.<br \/>\nDespite hesitation, Mrs Harding has swapped her probiotic drinks for apple cider and milk for soya milk and has loved the effects.<br \/>\n\u201cI am definitely not going back to eating any meat or fish now. I feel healthier and I have a lot more energy.<br \/>\n\u201cI was reading about how life expectancy is worse for meat eaters and it is my job to now educate my children.\u201d<br \/>\nHowever, she has faced difficulties: \u201cThe only thing was when I was researching, I realised my medication wasn\u2019t vegan which made me think I\u2019m not really a vegan if I\u2019m taking these meds.
