previous development at the Pumphouse<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\nLocal residents had mixed views about the development.<br \/>\nMatt Harris said: \u201cIt should never happen, we have the fourth best high street in the country and the council ignore it.<br \/>\n\u201cWhat about Holton Rd and High St?
