data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">began yesterday, despite concerns that it might disrupt access\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">to the Sherman data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Road will be reduced from 104 to 25 and the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">number of resident parking bays will be reduced from 43 to 26.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Councillor<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0for Cathays, Norma Mackie, said: \u201cT<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">here have been concerns expressed about parking data-contrast=\"auto\">, but concerns were raised in the consultation report for the building of the first cycleway from St Andrew\u2019s Cresent to\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Senghennydd<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Road.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Senghennydd<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Roa<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">d.<\/span><span with the theatre to identify alternative locations for visitor parking and<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0coaches can pick up and drop people off outside the Students Union, and park in locations such as\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cathays Park.<\/span><span
