It\u2019s bringing jobs to the area, surely that\u2019s a good thing?\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>A McDonald\u2019s&nbsp;spokesperson&nbsp;said: \u201cWe can confirm that we have submitted an application for a premises licence for our new restaurant on&nbsp;Ty Glas Avenue in Llanishen.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhilst the consultation process is still open, we\u2019d like to reiterate our commitment to working with local residents and Cardiff Council to ensure McDonald\u2019s is a good&nbsp;neighbour&nbsp;to all.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The new&nbsp;fast food&nbsp;restaurant has applied for a premises licence so it can serve hot food between 11pm and 5am.
