have been proposed as a possible solution. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>A \u00a32 charge for any non-resident car that enters the city has been suggested to ease congestion and improve air quality. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>We spoke to Martin Higgins, owner of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bikeshedwales.com\/\">The Bike Shed<\/a>, Pontcanna, which has been open for 17 years, about the main benefits of electric bikes and why they could be the solution for commuters. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>An electric road bike from The Bike Shed costs \u00a34,100, while other electric bikes range between \u00a31,825 and \u00a34,449. <\/p>\n\n\n<p>The Pontcanna store has recently started selling foldable commuter-friendly GoCycle bikes, commonly costing between \u00a32,499 and \u00a34,499. <\/p>\n\n\n<figure
