The problem is, if the events are held then people are still going to attend.&nbsp; Sporting bodies and tour operators need to take some responsibility and practice some common sense.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The Who announced on Thursday that they have postponed their UK and Ireland tour because of Coronavirus concerns.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Their tour was due to kick off in Manchester on March 16 and they were due to play in Cardiff on March 30.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The band have said they still plan to run the tour at a later date and fans should hold on to their Motorpoint Arena tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>They are the only musical act playing in Cardiff over the next month to cancel so far.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Becky Addis, 27, from Roath, has tickets for the Pussycat Dolls\u00a0at the Motorpoint Arena\u00a0on April 6.\u00a0 \u201cI\u2019m aware that there may be a cancellation due to Government advice, but I\u2019m not worried about it.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<p>&#8220;If the event does continue as planned, we\u2019ll probably still go \u2013 I&#8217;m not personally worried about public gatherings.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019m as likely to contract something working in a large office as I am at a gig.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>It was announced on Friday that the UEFA Champions League and Europa League fixtures won\u2019t go ahead as planned.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The English Premier League, La Liga in Spain and Serie A in Italy have suspended their fixtures, while Germany\u2019s Bundesliga and France\u2019s Ligue 1 have a mixture of postponed games, games behind closed doors and those going ahead as normal.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>In the US, major sports have postponed their events.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The US governing bodies for basketball, hockey, football, baseball, American football, golf and tennis have all announced that they will not carry on while COVID-19 is a threat.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>While The Who are the only act to have cancelled in Cardiff, these are some of the major event which could close if the Government advises that large gatherings should not happen.<\/p>\n\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Motorpoint Arena <\/strong>(March 13 &#8211; April 13)<\/td><td><strong>Date<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Stereophonics<\/td><td>March 14-15<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Adam Hess<\/td><td>March 20<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>David Gray<\/td><td>March 22<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Planet Earth II Live in Concert<\/td><td>March 26<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The Joe and Dianne Show<\/td><td>March 27<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>The Who<\/td><td><strong>CANCELLED<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Sam Fender<\/td><td>March 31<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Pussycat Dolls<\/td><td>April 6<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Craig David<\/td><td>April 13<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>TramShed <\/strong>(March 13 &#8211; April 13)<\/td><td><strong>Date<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Twin Atlantic<\/td><td>March 13<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Louise Redknapp<\/td><td>March 14<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Little Friends: St. Patrick\u2019s Day Fundraiser<\/td><td>March 17<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Palace<\/td><td>March 20<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Mungos Hi Fi Soundsystem ft.
