Credit: Welsh Rugby Union<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>DESPITE coronavirus precautions causing sports events to be cancelled or postponed across the country, Wales face Scotland tomorrow in their final Six Nations game of 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Captain Alun Wyn Jones is set to win his 148<sup>th<\/sup> cap, which would equal Richie McCaw\u2019s record for international appearances.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Wales will hope to keep their record of not losing at home to Scotland since 2002, though it won&#8217;t be easy after Scotland\u2019s impressive win over France last week.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The WRU issued a statement this morning reiterating that the game will be going ahead despite the cancellation of every other Six Nations game.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Wayne Pivac said that although his players have not been tested for Covid-19, precautions have been taken to ensure they are not exposed to the virus.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>THE LATEST SPORT NEWS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/jomec.co.uk\/thecardiffian\/2020\/03\/13\/cardiff-devils-season-cut-short-as-coronavirus-halts-elite-league\/\">Cardiff Devils season cancelled<\/a>  <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/jomec.co.uk\/thecardiffian\/2020\/03\/13\/cardiff-v-leeds-called-off-as-league-shuts-down-until-april\/\">Cardiff City games postponed until April 3<\/a> <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/jomec.co.uk\/thecardiffian\/2020\/03\/13\/six-nations-time-capsule-2014-wales-51-scotland-3\/\">Six Nations time capsule &#8211; 2014<\/a> <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/jomec.co.uk\/thecardiffian\/2020\/03\/13\/u20s-hoping-for-three-in-a-row-against-scotland\/\">Wales U20s seeking three in a row<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe&#8217;ve had a briefing from our head of medical in terms of good practice and making sure we&#8217;re very hygienic in everything we do and give ourselves the best opportunity to stay healthy and free of anything that is going around,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe&#8217;re preparing for a game as we normally do but we&#8217;re\naware of the discussions going on at a higher level.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Pivac has made four changes to the starting line-up that\nnarrowly lost against England last week.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>WillGriff John will make his debut for Wales at tighthead\nprop, while Cory Hill returns for Wales after not playing for them since\nFebruary 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Rhys Webb returns to start at scrumhalf for the first time in\nalmost two and a half years.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Loosehead prop Wyn Jones returns to the side after\nrecovering from the injury that ruled him out against England.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>John has been patient in waiting for his debut.
