We always have queues outside the door and six members of staff throughout the day, which is exceptional.<br \/>\n\u201cWe now serve American style pancakes as well and they are hugely popular with our customers. Bacon, eggs and maple syrup, and bacon, avocado and sour cream are the most popular savoury choices. We also have vegetarian choices.<br \/>\n\u201cI think Pancake Day is a lovely tradition and families still celebrate it. It has been increasingly advertised by chain stores in the past couple of years which is good for our business.\u201d<br \/>\nBased\u00a0in the Brewery Quarter, the Pancake House opened in 2005 and is the longest-running specialist pancake cafe in Cardiff. It can seat up to 12 people and serves savoury and sweet pancakes and has a wide range of toppings on offer with customers also able to customise their pancake.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nThe Pancake House will be open from 9am to 11pm today only and normally from 10am to 10pm.
