They could be on a track competing against each other.<br \/>\nAt an Ely, Caerau and Michaelston \u201cSuper PACT\u201d meeting on Tuesday night, Mr Sullivan put his plans to councillors, police officers and residents.<br \/>\n\u201cWhat we are trying to do is to get a track together which will be usable in all weather, all year round. It is a big problem that can be solved.<br \/>\n\u201cIt can benefit people, it can create jobs and will be a self-sustaining thing.&#8221;<br \/>\nCouncillor for Ely, Jim Murphy said: \u201cThey are riding these around and endangering themselves.
