MANY of us have found ourselves walking a lot more recently as it is one of the few things we can do during lockdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keen walker Carys Rees has created a website, This Girl Walks<\/a>, to live-track her various hiking and walking routes to encourage her friends, family and followers to walk more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside the website, Carys, 39, runs an Instagram account that has nearly 2,000 followers, where she posts photos of the wonderful Welsh countryside. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI find it crazy that people want to follow me, I\u2019m a nearly 40-year-old woman who just wanders around\u201d, said Carys. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
