If anything, it has probably motivated us to want to qualify for the next one,\u201d said midfielder Natasha Harding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 26-player squad is currently training at the Vale Resort in Pontyclun. You look at a lot of other teams that are performing well on the international stage and all of them have got full-time managers,\u201d said midfielder Hayley Ladd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first major task for Wales\u2019 new manager will be to build on Ludlow\u2019s legacy ahead of their next qualifying campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the difficult task, Harding was optimistic about her side\u2019s ability to qualify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI think we\u2019ve got a really good chance with regards to the allocation of Europe being upped. For me, the group right now is probably the best one that they\u2019ll have for a number of years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI believe that the older ones are hitting their prime and probably playing some of the best football they\u2019ve played and then the younger ones who are coming through are really exciting,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ladd added: \u201cIt\u2019s really a crucial time for us but a positive one as well.
