I was over in Australia at the time, and we kind of lost contact at quite an important age.<br \/>\n\u201cWe came together again, so Sorrento\u2019s is about more than just the food, it\u2019s about us as well. We\u2019ve found that the old-school business mind and the young mentality work well together and it\u2019s brought two generations of people together.&#8221;<br \/>\nAhead of the opening, Mr Brooker explained what he felt were some of the reasons behind their success. \u201cEverything\u2019s cooked fresh, and everything has a slight twist to it. It\u2019s basically traditional food with a quirk,&#8221; he said.<br \/>\n\u201cWe achieve a flavour of the past, with a modern twist.
