The Wales Millennium Centre throws open its doors
The Millennium Centre in Cardiff is hosting its third annual open day on November 5, inviting people to experience everything the Centre has to offer.
On the open day, the Millennium Centre organisations will showcase their current projects and even invite visitors behind the scenes.
Artistic programme manager Louise Miles-Crust explains that the day has been designed to appeal to the whole family, and includes workshops and free performances. Participation is encouraged, and Miles-Crust adds that, “People can find out more about the performing arts industry or find out about performance opportunities at the Centre.”
Highlights include free concerts by the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, a display of Coleg Morgannwg costumes, and free family performances with the Icebook and The Planet of the Beetlebuns.
