Cinovate will take place in Cardiff for the first time to teach people in the film exhibition sector how to maximise success in the industry.

This new training programme will take place on 18 and 19 November at the Chapter Arts Centre, providing professional advice on how to succeed in the film industry.

Participants will examine how European leaders in the field are attracting audiences, says Hannah Raybould, the Media Academy Wales manager.

The programme will consist of workshops, group debates, panel sessions and networking events at festivals hosted in Cardiff, Newport and Birmingham.

Hannah believes, “There’s quite a nice feeling of camaraderie and of sharing and networking in the sector. People want to get together with like-minded people and talk about their problems and share their ideas.”
