LivEco’s new green community at St Fagans won’t leave the residents’ bank accounts in the red.
The sustainable developers, have created an environmentally friendly community of eight houses at Great House Farm. The development is both ‘affordable and sustainable,’ says Richard Dodd, Director at ecological consultancy firm Wildwood Ecology.
LivEco developer, Daniel Ball said, ‘The ever increasing rise of fuel bills is making house buyers start to ask questions about fuel efficiency and how the house has been designed to minimize fuel bills in the future.’ The new eco community on the outskirts of the city will react to these changes in house buyers’ attitudes by offering the houses for traditional prices. To top it off, the energy saving technology will mean lower energy bills.
