Whether last week’s draw against Belgium was Chris Coleman’s final game as Wales football manager remains uncertain, as he awaits a decision over his future.
However, that unexpected late equaliser from an injury-ridden team may have seen Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey single-handedly keep Coleman in the job.
His future was put into question after poor results against Serbia and Macedonia in September, and with his contract expiring in November, Coleman awaits the Football Association of Wales’ decision.
Keith Morgan, of the Cardiff City Supporters Trust says, “I think they will ask senior players’ opinions on the matter, with a decision being made after their friendly against Finland next month.”
Should Coleman not remain, the likes of Ryan Giggs and Craig Bellamy have been suggested as replacements.
