JOL’s Food Co will open next Saturday on Merthyr Tydfil’s High Street offering wholesome British dishes infused with artistic flair.
Jamie O’Leary, the Merthyr born owner of JOL’s, said he is looking to bring something Merthyr has not had, through a menu that celebrates fresh local produce and his hunger to create stomach-pleasing dishes. The menu will be flexible, allowing the artisan chef to take advantage of, and be inspired by the range of homegrown produce available.
Complementing JOL’s modern British menu is a contemporary deco, ensuring, as O’Leary said, that “Jol’s could be picked up and moved to Cardiff and would not look out of place”.
JOL’s Food Co will open on Merthyr Tydfil’s Lower High Street on October 17th.
