“It is one of the best nights out possible, with a great atmosphere, so I managed to get four Cardiff football players and four boxers together to create this celebrity darts event,” he says.
Representing the Bluebirds will be lee Peltier, Aron Gunnarsson, Joe Ralls and Anthony Pilkington. They will go up against boxers, Lee Selby, Andrew Selby, Nathan Cleverly and Steven Robinson.
“Our guest speaker will be ex Wales and British Lion, Andy Powell, who will be introducing the players,” Darren explains.
He says that the night will be a lot of fun and a “great atmosphere with fancy dress welcome!”
Cardiff City defender, Lee Peltier describes how he has a love for football and boxing.
He states, “In Liverpool, it’s either football or boxing as the two main sports. When I can, I get to most fights.”
