New magazine, Abstract, adds a little colour to online publishing platform ISSUU.
A magazine that explores the street art scene in Cardiff, and aims to enhance people’s knowledge and appreciation of the contemporary art form, is due to launch this week.
According to Anna Morgan, member of the editorial team, the publication will include interviews with established local street artists, such as Phil Morgan and Dan Green, and an in-depth look at the UK’s oldest graffiti supply shop, Oner Signs. It will also feature exclusive artwork by aspiring street artist, Molly Spicer.
The magazine launch is timely as it follows last week’s unveiling of a new street art mural of Welsh singer, Gwenno Saunders, on Womanby Street.
Abstract will be launched and published on Thursday 10 December, but you can have a sneak peak at the first issue below.
