- ‘Twihards’ will descend on UK cinemas for the release of Breaking Dawn
An increase in sightings of people sporting Team Edward and Team Jacob t-shirts is predicted for next Thursday. For one night only, Vampire mania is set to hit Cardiff’s cinemas as the new Twilight film is released.
On November the 17, UK cinemas will be holding a special ‘Twiathalon’ screening, to the delight of hoards of die hard Twilight fans (or ‘Twihards’ as they are sometimes known).
The marathon screening will show all three previously released films in the franchise back to back before a special midnight screening of Breaking Dawn Part 1, which is released to general audiences on November 18.
Cineworld Cardiff is anticipating a sell out event. Deputy manager Iwan Williams said, “We’re expecting it to be a very busy, enjoyable event.”
