A charity flashmob took over Cardiff Bay on Sunday 30 October as part of a campaign to save an area of rainforest the size of Wales
Volunteers of all ages turned up dressed in green and brown to form an outline of the Welsh coast opposite the Millennium Centre.
The Size of Wales Project will use footage from the event to create a viral campaign video featuring comedian Dan Mitchell. They are hoping to raise £2 million to fund forest conservation projects across the world.
Project Manager Hannah Scrase emphasised the importance of getting the charity’s message across to as many people as possible.
“Everybody can say that they can’t make a difference; but if everybody says that then nobody will ever make a difference.”
