Cwtch Cabaret comes to Cardiff

Tremendous troupe begin tour in the capital

The Cwtch Cabaret contortionists bend over backwards to entertain.

Cwtch Cabaret, the show that promises to wow audiences with its fast-paced circus routines and raunchy contortionism, begins its tour of South Wales in Cardiff on 15 November.

The tour, which starts in Cardiff Bay’s Millennium Centre, brings together internationally renowned circus performers to create a glittering spectacle that combines outrageous acts, live music and wickedly funny stand-up comedians.

Despite the severity of cuts to public arts funding in recent months, Cwtch Cabaret has secured financial support from the Arts Council of Wales. This new injection of cash means the Cwtch team can continue to treat audiences to a night of breathtaking entertainment.

Cwtch’s Area Artistic Manager, Angie Dickinson, says, “It’s about an assault on the senses – one minute laughing hysterically, the next completely awe struck.”
