The Got Beef Bus
Just one year in the business and Got Beef Gourmet Burgers & Catering is already getting a lot of well-deserved attention.
Inspired by street vendors in Thailand and food trucks in America, local chef, Cai Pritchard, decided to start his own cost-effective business; selling quality burgers made from Welsh beef out of a converted bus. Cai feels that “It’s about time we put Cardiff on the street food map and show the rest of the world what we can do.”
