Craft-beer, chai tea and an eco-friendly delicatessen are all on the menu for Cardiff shoppers this Christmas, as a local food fair welcomes new stallholders.

Pipes Beer, The Shabbanakle and Penylan Pantry will all have food stalls at this year’s Festive Food Fair, which is organised by Green City Events.

The event, which celebrates its third birthday this year, aims to support independent businesses and promote local and ethically sourced produce.

Shoppers can enjoy the selection of local food stalls at Chapter Arts Centre on Sunday 15 December, from 11am to 6pm.

Rebecca Clark, Green City Director, said: “We can’t wait for the Festive Food Fair this year. It’s always great to see so many people that are passionate about local produce and sourcing food more sustainably.”
