Charity celebrated with an incredible display of multicultural music and performances
A CHARITY in the heart of Splott celebrated Refugee Week with a cabaret featuring multicultural music and performances.
Oasis runs art, language, sports, and women-only groups/classes throughout the week to help refugees and asylum seekers and welcomes them to the community.
The event was hosted by members of Fiery Jack Entertainment and all the seats were filled throughout the hall.
The performances included:
- Moroccan style singing by Boukhalfa Ayoub
- A pole act by Gemma Creasy from NoFit State Community
- Sitar performance by Arash Javadi from Iran
- A violin and juggling circus performance by Fiery Jack Entertainment
- Singing and guitar playing by Gareth Bonello
