How to make a sweet spring trail mix

Fulfil your sweet cravings and feel energised for your activities with this spring snack. In a celebration of the season, treat yourself to some chocolate mini eggs alongside a protein and fibre-packed mix.

Ingredients:

  • 20g raisins
  • 50g dried mango
  • 50g mini eggs, crushed
  • 50g cashews
  • 20g almonds

Crush the mini eggs and mix in with the other ingredients – and you’re ready to go!
