“I’d say the most attractive part of my job is talking to lovely like-minded people,” said Brooke, “I will give advice if they have needs of fashion like someone’s trying to dress up for a costume party or something, I will select things for them.”

“Originally it was the clothes, the fashion, the colors, the styles, what they do about the reworked things, but now actually it’s the customers, customers make me happy,” said Emma when she was asked what’s the most attractive part of her job.
“Most of our customers are lovely. We have a guy who comes in maybe once a month with his dog, just to see us with his dog Dolly. He just comes into a chat, he doesn’t buy anything. We also have a guy who we call ‘thank you man’, because he keeps saying ‘thank you’ after everything. We love him. We bought him a Christmas present, he bought us a Christmas present. He is so nice.” A cheerful smile on Emma’s face as she shares these interesting stories.
