People in England will have to wait another four weeks for a chop
MANY hairdressers in Wales were caught off guard last week as they were given three days notice before they were allowed to re-open their doors.
For some of Cardiff’s biggest hair salons, this was welcomed news as long locks were starting to make us all recall the end of the Victorian era.
Slunks Salon decided to postpone opening until Thursday, March 18 as they wanted to make sure all staff were prepared. Chelsea Thompson, the salon manager, gave us her reaction to the easing of lockdown rules.
