Ingredients: 2 servings
25g almonds
3.5g fibre, 6g protein
25g cashews
5g protein
50g chopped dried apricots
3.7g fibre, 2g protein
100g edamame soya beans
6g fibre, 14.4g protein
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt, pepper, chilli flakes to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a pan and pour in a teaspoon of sesame oil, add the edamame soya beans on a medium heat for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and chilli flakes to taste.
- Add the beans to the nuts and dried apricots in an airtight container, shake, and it’s ready.
- Munch away!
