Urvashi Lad, a personal trainer and health coach known as Push with Ush, talks about her battle with bulimia and the role fitness played in her recovery. After years of “yo-yo dieting” in her 20s and ending up in hospital as a result, Ush decided to understand how to truly nourish and move her body. She now dedicates her time to educating other women through weight training and nutrition.
